Discount Rocket
TrippleFiveNano operates the service "Discount Rocket", and makes it available to merchants on the Shopify platform. This service is offered in turn by merchants to their customers, and therefore also covered in this privacy policy.
Merchant related data
When the "Discount Rocket" application is installed on the merchant store, we have access to the following data access scopes from the store.

When the "Discount Rocket" application is uninstalled, we receive a mandatory webhook request from Shopify to delete all store data within 48 hours. The payload of this webhook contains some personal information of the merchant as described below.

"Discount Rocket" does not collect any personal information on the customer, however "Discount Rocket" does process some information on the contents of the customer cart in order to provide the recommendation service to the customer of the merchant.

"Discount Rocket" does not use Cookies.

Merchant information may be used to provide the service, communicate with the merchant, or improve the service.
Customer infomation is only used to provide the service during a session on the merchant store.

We do not share this information with any third parties, except in instances where we would be legally compelled to fulfill such a request.
